Mr. Paudel is the founder Member of Jagriti Child and Youth Concern Nepal (JCYC Nepal the first registered child club), an organization working for and with youths and children, and has been working as the president since 2008. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in Children, Youth, and Human Rights and has executed vital roles in various organizations and networks. He has tremendous knowledge of child clubs’ formation, children in armed conflict monitoring, human rights monitoring, networking, and project management, research, policy making, Organizational management, preparation of related guidelines as well as directives, and conducting training. He is a skilled facilitator, an expert on the concerns of children and youth, and an efficient analyst and campaigner.

I am Child Rights and Protection sector’s professional since 25 years and currentl I am working in Voice of Children as Deputy Director. I have completed Master degree in Sociology and Post Graduate in Psychology from Tribhuvan University of Nepal. I have received various professional training on Child Rights and Protection i.e. Child Safeguarding and Protection, Child Participation, Case Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Psychological Counseling, etc. in National and International level.

Mr. Acharya has more than 20 years of experience in the Child Protection and education sector. He has good knowledge of child protection program design, capacity building on child rights, child protection and social mobilization. He is currently associated with Aasaman Nepal with the capacity of Theme Leader on child Protection theme. He provides technical input to the organization in child protection and capacity building of the organization as well as other other stakeholders on child rights programming, implementation and monitoring and evaluation and research on child rights and child protection.

Shanta Dahal has received her ECD training/workshop in Haifa, Israel, with a Masters in Education (Educational Planning and Management, EPM) from Tribhuvan University. She is a dedicated teacher, story teller and trainer. She has also worked in many organizations. She has written children book for Room to Read, Save The Children and Kathalaya. Presently, she was a Production Manager cum Trainer with Read more Publication and Manager of Book art Nepal, a reputed publishing house especially dedicated to children. She is enthusiastic about children and training teachers.

Shirjana G.C. born in Pythan district and has accomplished her academic degree in Masters in Sociology from Tribhuvan University. She has more than one and half decade of social campaign experience. She has been involved in advocacy on women and child right particularly slum women and children.

I have been engaged in the sector of child rights since past 10 years and recently I have been elected as the youngest board member of CZOP. In my experience of being in this sector, I have always been thrilled with my experience os serving the society and making a little difference every single day of my working career.

I am Mr. Rudra Masarangi I believe “Learn by experience, change by learning. Since last 25 years, I have been growing up in a rural village and studying and being active for social transformation. In addition to this, as a founder member of an organization called Indreni Samaj Kendra (ISK) Nepal. Accordingly, I am known as an overall human rights activist, including child rights and women’s rights. I have been studying and experiencing this field or topic for the last 3 decades and have completed my postgraduate studies in Sociology. I am interested in doing such work experience and study research as well as trying to gain expertise in this.

Having worked on Human rights and Good governance related issues for three decades I have found that ensuring child right is the most important issue for the glorious future. We with our partners and donors are constantly advocating on child’s survival, protection, development and participation. I have been involved in education sector for more than two decades.
